Holiday Gite Les Blancs has timeless charm with all the comforts of a modern house ensuring that you have a comfortable, stress free holiday in Brittany France.
The holiday cottage or gite part of the house was once a stable and hayloft. It was completely renovated in 2006, but many character features remain, including the impressive oak ceiling beams and the beautiful stone and granite walls and fireplaces, which leave you in no doubt that this house has history! |

The ground floor self catering accommodation has a spacious open plan feel, with ceramic tiles covering the whole area. The large lounge retains its original oak beams and the exposed stone wall houses a large Breton fireplace with wood burner. The lounge is comfortably furnished for eight people, with CD & DVD players, and a TV for watching either French or English free to view programmes. The large kitchen/dining room of the holiday accommodation also has its original oak beams. The fireplace boasts a lovely Villager wood burner. The newly installed pine kitchen is well equipped and has a double bowl sink unit, dishwasher, five burner range style gas cooker, microwave, and fridge/freezer. The large Breton style dining table comfortably seats up to ten people. (A high chair is also available) An ironing board, iron, clothes airer and various cleaning tools are stored in a large cupboard. The downstairs cloakroom in the holiday cottage has a toilet, wash basin and washing machine. The first floor accommodation of the holiday gite is approached by a turned oak staircase. (A stair gate is available if required), and pine flooring throughout. The fully tiled bathroom has a toilet, large washbasin and bath. Four spacious bedrooms in the holiday accommodation all have fully fitted wardrobes, vanity units with washbasins and enclosed shower cubicles. There are two double bedrooms and two twin bedded rooms. Duvets, pillows and bed linen are provided for the duration of your stay. A cot is also available. |
